How long until my order ships?
Any orders submitted on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out the next business day. Orders placed Mon-Fri before 9 AM PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after cutoff will ship next business day (Ex: Orders placed friday at 1 pm ship out monday morning).
When can i expect to receive my TRACKING INFO?
You should get an email with tracking information within 72 hours.
During busy holiday times it may be longer, we appreciate your patience and understanding that your package will have shipped.
Do you REALLY lab test all of your products?
Safety is #1 for us. Other than Mushrooms, yes EVERYTHING is tested before being listed!
We try to have the results included with product images.
If you still arent so sure, it is always good measure to test for yourself no matter your source.

Do you ship to the USA?
No.
Nothing is shipped outside of Canada and we will not ship to any forwarding services.
